Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLEONARDO PARISE With great sadness we announce the passing of Leonardo Parise, surrounded by his family on the evening of August 27, 2009 at the Victoria General Hospital. Beloved husband to Antonietta, devoted father to Salvatore, Assunta and Maria, and cherished nonno to Kathleen and Anna. He is survived by his brother Giuseppe and sister-in-law Teresa, and his nephews Giovanni and Dino. Leonardo was born November 4, 1941 in Aprigliano, Italy. He immigrated to Winnipeg in 1965, and joined soon after by his fiancé, Antonietta Gallo. They wed on April 8, 1967. He worked for Federal Pioneer until 1988, and enjoyed his life to the fullest with family, gardening, and most recently his grandchildren. Please join us for prayers on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at the Holy Rosary Church as we celebrate Leonardo's life.
